What is massage?? For me it’s a different world.. Massage is an art work on the body. I focus on what the body wants and needs..moving tissue around, loosening the body and fixing injuries but at the same time your in deep relaxation.
Its all about you..the client...my hands move depending on your body and how its feeling not to a routine. That’s what make my massages so unique...never one is the same.
You could be in deep relaxation or chatting away but when you leave, never will you be dissapointed.

I specialise in Lympahtic Drainage and Deep Tissue Injury Rehab massage. Having trained in the UK in 2004 as a personal trainer before taking a 3 year course in different massage techniques, I have used my experience and training to open up Jacks’s Spa and Bequia Health Centre.
I have the training to combine both the fitness experience and massage together making my massages very unique. I have also worked with some of the worlds top celebrities and have travelled with my massage.

I work on Mustique and St.Vincent aswell as Bequia and I will travel to your location.
Nothing could make me happier then giving treatments..its not a job.. I love what I do and I will put every effort in to make you feel better.
